noxtec’s legal documents are drafted in German and only the German version is legally binding. This section reproduces the German documents; each page carries an English notice. The German legal area is available at noxtec.de/rechtliches.
The following contract documents apply to services provided by noxtec GmbH, depending on the type and scope of the service, in the order of precedence shown below:
- individually agreed quotes, order confirmations, service descriptions or other individual agreements,
- product-specific terms:
- System and Acceptable Use Policy,
- General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
Business customers only (B2B)
All services of noxtec GmbH are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal persons under public law and special funds under public law. Contracts with consumers are not concluded.
