Two models
White-label reseller or referral partner: the same 15% share
You decide how much you take on yourself. If you look after your customers yourself, choose white label and sell under your own name. If you only have the contact, pass it on as a referral partner. The server, the licences and the operation stay with us in both cases.
Model 1
White label: under your name
You sell the managed terminal server as your own product: you sign the contract with your customer and get admin access to their server. We run it in the background.
What this means
- Contract and invoice: between you and your customer
- Customer contact: you, with admin access
- Your effort: selling and looking after customers
- Operation: server, updates and backups stay with us
Your share
15% below list price
on every monthly invoice we send you for your customer’s server, as long as your customer stays
Model 2
Referral: pass on a contact
You know a company that needs a terminal server and pass the contact on to us. We prepare the quote, sign the contract and run the server for your customer.
What this means
- Contract and invoice: between us and your customer
- Customer contact: us, with personal support
- Your effort: none after the referral
- Operation: server, updates and backups stay with us
Your share
15% commission
of every monthly invoice of your customer, as long as they stay
We pay the commission to companies and self-employed people. We pay no commission to tax advisers, bookkeeping offices or employees personally.

How it works
How to become a partner
It takes three steps from the first contact to your first customer on the server. You set the pace.
Choose a model
Tell us through the form which model suits you. We get back to you personally and set out the terms in a written partner agreement.
Start your first customer
As a white-label partner you order the server for your customer; as a referral partner you give us the contact. The server is ready 3 to 4 hours after the order.
15% every month
As long as your customer stays, you receive 15% every month: as a discount on the list price or as a commission. If users or resources are added, your share grows with them.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about the partner programme
Who can become a partner?
IT service providers, self-employed administrators, and Lexware and Sage dealers whose customers use Windows programs with several users. You need to operate as a company or as a self-employed person.
What is the difference between white label and referral?
With white label you sell the terminal server yourself: contract and invoice are between you and your customer, you get admin access and you are their point of contact. We invoice you 15% below our list price. As a referral partner you only pass on the contact; we handle the quote, the contract and the operation, and you receive 15% of every monthly invoice of your customer.
How long do I receive the 15%?
Every month, as long as your customer uses the terminal server. The 15% applies to the full monthly price of the server, that is users, vCPU, RAM and storage: with white label as a discount on our list price, as a referral partner as a commission on your customer’s monthly invoice. If your customer’s server grows, your share grows with it.
Who do you not pay a commission to?
We pay no commission to tax advisers or bookkeeping offices, nor to employees personally. The commission always goes to a company or a self-employed person.
Is this a reseller programme?
Yes. In the white-label model you are a reseller: you sell the hosted terminal server under your own name and buy it from us 15% below our list price. If you would rather not sell yourself, recommend us as a referral partner and receive a referral commission of 15% of every monthly invoice.
With white label, does my customer see that the server comes from noxtec?
Not in day-to-day work: contract, invoice and contact go through you. Under data protection law we are your sub-processor. We sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with you, and you list us as a sub-processor in your agreement with your customer.
Which software runs on the terminal server?
Lexware, DATEV, SFirm, Sage 50 and other Windows programs run on Windows Server 2025 with Remote Desktop Services as they would on a server in the office. Your customer brings the licences for the programs. Programs that need a dongle or are not multi-user capable are checked before the start.
What does the terminal server cost my customers?
Our list prices start at €139 net per month for up to 5 users; 10 users cost €360, 20 users €770. Other sizes follow the same formula: €10 per user, €8 per vCPU, €3 per GB RAM, €0.50 per GB NVMe. There is no setup fee, and the contract can be cancelled monthly with 30 days’ notice.
How quickly is the server ready for a new customer?
Within 3 to 4 hours of the order. We handle setup and data migration, with no setup fee. As a white-label partner you can also move data and programs yourself with your admin access.
